❓Did you use a home inspector? When did you use them? Pre-drywall? Settlement? Or both?
❓Any questions I should ask?
❓How long before settlement should we purchase our refrigerator and washer/dryer?

It's so nice to find another blogger building a townhouse with Ryan Homes! There's not too many of us out there. We like the low maintenance and energy efficiency of townhouses, too -- we rented one for a really long time and loved it.

Agreed! I read a bunch of blogs before we signed the purchase agreement but most were built a few years ago and were single family homes. I also love the efficiency and maintenance-free living of a townhouse/condo community. I look forward to reading your blog :)
