OCTOBER 14, 2014- Brad signs purchase agreement for first Calvert in Shoreview Woods
NOVEMBER 15, 2015- All paperwork in to NVR- It took a couple of weeks because they kept asking for more documents
JANUARY 15, 2015- Asked NVR to issue a denial rather then try another loan program (after 2 months of waiting)
JANUARY 16, 2015- Received call from Jen at Integrated Financial
FEBRUARY 2, 2015- All paperwork in to Integrated Financial
FEBRUARY 12, 2015- USDA approved loan
FEBRUARY 28, 2015- Footers poured
